I’m Daniel Woodford, the CEO of Mission Bay Capital Partners. At MBCP, we’re dedicated to serving you with superior returns through investments in our hand-picked, multifamily properties. It’s our privilege to help you build legacy wealth while providing you with exceptional service.
MBCP focuses on the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of high quality, multifamily rental properties. Specifically, we invest in apartment buildings and student housing in medium density U.S. markets poised for growth. Since 2013, our real estate syndications have produced steady, reliable Cash on Cash returns on the average of 7.5% for our investors.
The opportunity to lead MBCP is both humbling and exciting. My responsibility is to vet every property and determine if it meets our 3 pillars of conscientious growth: Is the investment conservative? Does it pose as little risk as possible for our investors? Can we grow the value of the property over time?

The multifamily property market is poised for growth
Multifamily investment properties continue to benefit from the growing demand for rental housing, primarily driven by the 73 Million-strong millennial generation. These young adults, who show a preference for renting, are the largest segment of the U.S. population and their impact on continued growth in rental housing cannot be overstated. MBCP is very well positioned to take advantage of this growing demographic.
Additionally, many experts predict that Baby Boomers will continue to shift away from home ownership and seek the simplicity and convenience of renting as they age. This makes the current demographic picture in the U.S. a powerful driver of rental housing for the foreseeable future. We predict a long run of strategic and sustainable growth for our investors through demand for units and upward price pressure.
Income growth, a strong labor market and a preference for renting over buying has created a robust market for our business. We predict that MBCP will continue to benefit from strong demand and increasing value in the rental market for years.
